By default, Apparatus retains items deleted from your Hosted Exchange mailbox for thirty days. It is important to note that only messages deleted/moved to the Deleted Items folder can be recovered by default. Performing a shift-delete of messages will completely remove them from the Exchange mailbox and preclude their recovery.
In the event you need to recover a deleted message, perform the following steps:
Recovery using Outlook (1) Open Outlook on your local PC and login if prompted. (2) Expand the Mailbox folder in the left navigation. (3) Click to select the Deleted Items folder. (4) Using the menu along the top of the Outlook window, go to Tools>Recover Deleted Items... See the screenshot for assistance:

(5) Select the mail items you would like to recover and click the icon containing an envelope and arrow. See the screenshot below for assistance:

Recovery using Outlook Web Access (1) Open the Internet Explorer browser and go to https://exchange.apparatus.net. (2) Click to select the Deleted Items folder. (3) Using the menu along the top of the Outlook Access window, locate and click the icon containing a recycle symbol with an arrow. (4) Select the mail items you would like to recover and click the icon containing a recycle symbol with an arrow.
