1.      Open a browser and go to https://bmx.apparatushosting.net.

2.      Locate and click the link Get Mail Client Plugins Here at the very bottom of the screen.

3.      Scroll down to the title Microsoft Outlook Plugin Version 2 and click the Download Now button.

4.      Save/download the file.

5.      Close Outlook.

6.      Locate and double-click the plug-in installation file you downloaded (outlook_plugin_v2.msi).

a.       Click Next.

b.      Choose “I accept…” and click Next.

c.       Click Next.

d.      Click Next.

e.       Click Finish.

7.      Open Outlook – you should now see a red envelope with an “X” and green envelope with a checkmark.

Note: If a message arrives in your inbox that should have been caught by the spam filter, simply select the message in your inbox and then click the red envelope. The message will be removed from your inbox and your classification will be sent to your spam & virus filtering account for record.
