As a reminder, a subscription to Apparatus Spam & Virus Filtering service includes access to a control panel. The control panel allows users to modify account passwords, specify account preferences, and categorize quarantined mail.

Use the following steps to reset your account password:

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://bmx.apparatushosting.net.
  2. Enter your full email address for the Username field (i.e., asmith@apparatus.net).
  3. Click the Create New Password button.
  4. A new password is generated by the system and sent to your email account.
