Customers subscribed to Business Class Email & Calendaring have access to a fully-featured control panel. Adding a new alias to an account will allow that account to receive mail from multiple email addresses. For example, the account asmith@apparatus.net could also receive mail sent to newHires@apparatus.net by simply adding the alias “newHires.” Follow the step-by-step process below to add a new alias to an account:

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://control.apparatus.net.
  2. Enter the username and password for the administrative user account and click Login.
  3. Click Hosting across the top navigation bar.
  4. Click Exchange in the left navigation.
  5. Click Mailboxes in the left navigation.
  6. Click the account name in the right window pane that you would like to configure.
  7. Select the E-mail addresses tab.
  8. Click the Add New E-mail Address button.
  9. Enter the alias you would like to add.
  10. Click Submit.
