Public folders can be accessed using both Outlook (on a PC) and Outlook Web
Access (OWA). The sections below will provide a quick overview for
accomplishing this task in both environments.
Outlook
- Open Outlook on your local PC.
- Enter your email address and
password if prompted to login.
- Locate and click the folder icon on the
bottom of the left navigation (see middle icon image below):

- After the icon is clicked to
open the available folders for your account, you should be able to view
the public folders associated with your domain (see screenshot below):

- Expand the public folder in
the left navigation and select the sub-folder you are interested in
viewing.
Outlook Web Access
- Open a web browser and go to https://exchange.apparatus.net.
- Enter your email address and
password, then click Log on.
- Click Public Folders in
the left navigation.
- Expand the folders in the
left navigation and click the folder you would like to view.
