Once a distribution list is created, it is important you define its members (users that will receive emails when a message is sent to the distribution list). Complete the steps below to configure its members:

  1. Open a web browser and go to https://control.apparatus.net.
  2. Enter the username and password for the administrative user account and click Login.
  3. Click Hosting across the top navigation bar.
  4. Click Exchange in the left navigation.
  5. Click Distribution Lists in the left navigation.
  6. Click the distribution list in the right window pane that you would like to configure for membership.
  7. Select the Members tab.
  8. Click the Add New Member button.
  9. Click to select the check box next to the user you would like to add as a member and click Submit.
