Apparatus Named as a Top Workplace in Central Indiana
April 18, 2010 (INDIANAPOLIS) — The Indianapolis Star has named Apparatus, Inc. as one of the best places to work in Central Indiana.
Apparatus, a leader in advanced IT consulting and managed services, was named in the Top 25 small companies to work in the Indianapolis Star’s annual publication of Top Workplaces. The Top Workplaces ranking is based on an employee survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics. More than 600 Central Indiana companies were invited to participate in the survey with nearly 20,000 employees responding. The survey probed different aspects of the workplace including management, benefits, appreciation, ethics, training, and work/life balance.

The Top Workplaces Survey is an annual survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics in partnership with the Indianapolis Star. Employees are sent a 21 question survey asking them for their opinions on 6 areas of the workplace:
